Full review of Saltwater Moons by Danielle Wood, Age 12, from Canada

I really liked the book! No, I loved the book. I really liked how Suns love life was kind of mysterious and how she was going out with Mark even though she wanted to go out with tycho. What I found interesting was how her dad didn't really like the idea of her going out with Mark but her mom didn't really mind. I also thought that her mom was a unusually calm when Sun told her about the mobile and birth control pills. I liked the way how she managed to keep the poems from Tycho a secret from Mark.

I would put this book into a text to self and world category because I have been in a situatation where I went out with 1 guy but really wanted to go out with the other. If there is a second book I really hope it is about Sun and Tychos life together! I also hope That Tycho doesn't end up as a jerk like Mark! At first I thought Mark was a really kind and cool person to be with or hang around but then I read the part about him cheating on Sun with Nerrida and that changed my point of view about him really fast. I almost cried at the end when Tycho and Sun started going out. I loved being able to read about these things.

The book was really great and I hope to read more about Tycho and Sun`s love life. While I was reading this book it was as if the book was flipping the pages for me. I don't remember turning the pages at all. Saltwater moons is one of the best books I have ever read! Thank-you so much for writing this book.
